Gentle Post Natal Exercise
A safe way of exercising during the early months of a baby's life. Exercises you might have done before you were pregnant can damage your joints and ligaments if you try them too soon in the post natal period. Sessions can be adapted to include baby to enhance bonding between mother and baby.
After your 6-10 week check up, you may want to start getting your body back to your pre-natal condition.
The course will give you the kick start not only in mind but body.
Taught by a qualified Pre/Post Natal Instructor - the course will cover the following:-
- Gentle Pelvic Floor Exercise
- Rec Check
- Butt and leg movements
- Arm Toning
