Gentle Post Natal Exercise
A safe way of exercise during the early months of a baby’s life. Exercises you might have done before you were pregnant can damage your joints and ligaments, if you try them too soon in the post natal period. Sessions can be adapted to include baby to enhance bonding between mother and baby.

After your six 6-10 week check up, you may want to start getting your body back to your pre-natal condition.
